Meal Vouchers Cards service for the U.S. Embassy Brasilia, Brazil

The U.S. Mission in Brazil requires the administration of a meal voucher program for approximately 900 locally employed staff. The program shall be effective within 30 days of the contract award, or on the earliest payroll date possible post-award. The contractor shall provide electronic meal cards for locally employed staff, valid in Brazil 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, including holidays. The contractor shall also provide program management services, including the issuance of meal voucher cards, quality control, financial oversight, and maintenance of complete records and files.
