Description
Mississippi State University is seeking a qualified vendor to design, implement, and manage its institutional repository and related digital services. The scope includes hosting of scholarly publications, digital collections, electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs), and journal platforms, as well as providing ongoing technical support, metadata management, and user training. Proposals must be submitted by October 29, 2026.
• Provide a secure, scalable hosting environment for the university’s digital assets.
• Manage ingestion, preservation, and access of ETDs, journals, and other collections.
• Offer metadata creation, indexing, and discovery services compatible with existing campus systems.
• Deliver user support, training, and documentation for faculty, staff, and students.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility, copyright, and data‑security standards.
• Include a detailed implementation plan, staffing model, and cost breakdown.
