Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for medium voltage electrical services, primarily electrical system replacement parts and services at the Lufkin State Supported Living Center. The services will be on an as needed basis. The contract is expected to start on September 1, 2026.
• The contract will be for medium voltage electrical repair and maintenance services.
• The services will be provided at the Lufkin State Supported Living Center.
• The contract will be on an as needed basis.
• The estimated historical spend for similar services is $200,000.00.
• The contract will be subject to appropriations, the availability of funds, and termination.
