Food Delivery Services Rosebud IHS Hospital

The Rosebud Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide food delivery services to support the mission of the Rosebud IHS Hospital. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price, Commercial Item, Purchase Order, and the period of performance will be 1 year from the date of award. The contractor must provide all-inclusive pricing, including travel, lodging, per diem, fringe benefits, federal, state, and local taxes, and other costs pertinent to the performance of the contract. The basis of award is the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable quote package. • The contractor must be a small business with 700 employees or less. • The contractor must be registered with www.sam.gov and have a Unique Entity ID and TIN number. • The contractor must not be listed on the OIG Exclusion List. • The contractor must utilize the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) for electronic invoicing. • The contractor must provide past performance information and technical capability. • The contractor must agree to all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation.
