Description
The New York City Administration for Children’s Services – Developmental Disabilities Unit seeks a single vendor to deliver comprehensive psychological evaluation services for children, adolescents, and adults with suspected or documented intellectual/developmental disabilities. Services must be provided in home/community settings or clinics across the five boroughs and surrounding down‑state counties, with bilingual capability in English and Spanish.
• Full‑scale IQ, adaptive‑behavior, psychosocial, autism (CARS‑3, ADOS‑3) and capacity‑to‑consent assessments.
• Expected volume ≈ 350 evaluations per year (150 full assessments, 7 adaptive‑only, 133 psychosocial, 35 CARS‑3, 15 ADOS‑3, 10 capacity evaluations).
• All‑inclusive per‑service rate; contract ceiling $750,000 total ($250,000 annually) for a three‑year term (July 1 2027 – June 30 2030) with one optional three‑year renewal.
• Minimum qualifications: at least one NY‑state‑licensed clinical psychologist, OPWDD provider certification, and headquarters in specified down‑state NY counties.
• Reporting: monthly invoicing, bi‑weekly status emails, quarterly performance reports; compliance with Local Law 34 and M/WBE goals.
