Sources Sought Notice - Revenue Cycle Management Services

The Indian Health Service is seeking sources for Revenue Cycle Management services, including a secure exchange data software solution, insurance verification, and claims processing for Medicare, Medicaid, VA, and commercial payers. The contractor will provide a full maintenance agreement for the network server, including patient access, billing, and FISS/DDE services. The period of performance will be three years, with a one-year base period and two option periods. The contractor must possess basic knowledge and skills to maintain and provide network services on a monthly basis and be in full compliance with HIPAA. • The contractor will provide training to CCHCF users. • The contractor will limit the amount of downtime with continuous operations. • The contractor will submit invoices on a monthly basis. • The contractor must define licenses and relative documents. • The contractor will comply with various regulations, including the Privacy Act, HIPAA, and CFR 42 Part 2.
