Description
The project involves replacing chillers in buildings 1, 2, and 104 at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for providing design-build services, including labor, materials, tools, and equipment. The project must be completed in accordance with VA guidelines, EPA requirements, and local regulations. The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, and the period of performance is 270 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
