CDBG-CV Seville Village Improvement Association Historic Gym HVAC Installation

The County of Volusia is seeking a contractor to install a new HVAC system at the Seville Village Improvement Association Historic Gym. The project is funded by the federal Community Development Block Grant – Cares Act (CDBG-CV) and is subject to federal labor standards. The contractor will be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete the work. The project includes the installation of a complete HVAC system, including mechanical, electrical, and ancillary systems.
