Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract for lab testing services, specifically Thyroseq v3 Genomic Classifier (GC) testing, to Cytopath Biopsy Lab Inc. The contract will be firm priced for a five-year period. Although this is not a request for competitive quotes, responsible firms that believe they can meet the requirement may submit written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date.
• The service shall be provided for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Lebanon VA Medical Center, located in Lebanon, PA 17042.
• Simplified acquisition procedures will be used.
• The resulting contract will be firm priced for a five-year period.
• Vendors shall indicate if they are the direct supplier or service provider of the items and/or authorized reseller/distributor.
• Supporting evidence shall be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirement.
