Description

The City of Northglenn seeks a qualified vendor to produce, supply hardware for, and install 100 double‑sided decorative light‑pole banners. The city will provide fully‑designed, print‑ready artwork; the vendor must deliver weather‑resistant banners that meet strict dimensional and loading criteria, fabricate or supply compatible mounting brackets (banding preferred, no drilling), and perform installation including right‑of‑way permits and MUTCD‑compliant traffic control. The contract is a firm‑price, 90‑day irrevocability offer with no budget ceiling disclosed. • Produce 100 double‑sided, weather‑resistant banners (5 designs, 20 each) to specified size limits (max 3 ft width, 18 sq ft area, EPA 25.2 sq ft). • Provide and install pole‑mount hardware that fits single‑arm steel poles only; brackets must prevent sliding and accommodate wind loading without drilling. • Manage all installation logistics: obtain ROW permits, set up traffic control, coordinate with City Parks, Recreation & Culture Department, and complete installation on schedule. • Submit a detailed pricing breakdown (banner production, hardware, labor), warranty/maintenance plan, and required insurance certificates.

Budget estimate

$80,000 – $120,000

Based on typical municipal banner projects, a 100‑banner, full‑service scope (production, custom hardware, installation, permits, and warranty) usually falls between $80,000 and $120,000. The low end assumes modest material costs and minimal labor hours; the high end accounts for premium weather‑resistant fabrics, engineered mounting systems, extensive traffic‑control measures, and higher labor rates.
