Temporary Staffing Services

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission is seeking temporary staffing services to supplement its current staff as needed. The selected contractor will provide temporary personnel to support various segments of the organization, including administrative, paraprofessional, professional administrative, and technical roles. The contractor will also be responsible for providing necessary support, benefits, and coaching, and payroll services to temporary personnel. Key responsibilities include: • Providing temporary staff to support various segments of the organization • Providing necessary support, benefits, and coaching, and payroll services to temporary personnel • Assigning a single resource to oversee the activities of the contract and provide customer service • Demonstrating efficiency by presenting adequate technology to manage employees and processes
