DISH MACHINE REPLACEMENTS

The Humble Independent School District is seeking companies to provide Dish Machine Replacements as specified in this solicitation. The project involves replacing commercial conveyor dish machines at designated Humble ISD campuses. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, transportation, tools, permits, and incidentals necessary to provide complete turnkey replacement and installation of the dish machines. The project locations include Deerwood Elementary School, Maplebrook Elementary School, Oaks Elementary School, Whispering Pines Elementary School, and Willowcreek Elementary School. The scope of work includes receiving equipment, delivering equipment to each campus installation site, unloading and inspecting equipment, disconnecting and removing existing dish machine equipment, and installing and leveling new Hobart conveyor dishmachine equipment or district-approved equivalent. • The contractor shall provide all required utility modifications, including electrical, plumbing, metal fabrication, ventilation, and water line modifications. • The contractor shall provide and install all accessories and related components identified in the project specifications. • The contractor shall perform startup, testing, calibration, and operational verification. • The contractor shall remove packaging materials and debris from the job site. • The contractor shall provide on-site staff training regarding operation, safety, cleaning, and preventive maintenance. • The contractor shall coordinate all work with district staff to minimize disruption to food service operations. • The contractor shall perform work during approved district working hours unless otherwise authorized.
