ERP Readiness and Tool Selection Consulting Services

The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University is seeking consulting services for ERP readiness and tool selection. The goal of this engagement is to guide and support pre-implementation activities and select an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Management functions across the university. The selected consultant will focus exclusively on pre-implementation activities and will not provide implementation services after a selection is made.
