CITY OF PIQUA OHIO - MARYMONT DRIVE UTILITY PROJECT

The City of Piqua is seeking bids for a comprehensive utility replacement project along Marymont Drive, encompassing water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer replacement, as well as full roadway reconstruction with new asphalt and curb ramps. The scope includes demolition of existing utilities, excavation, installation of new underground infrastructure, placement of manholes, valve boxes, catch basins, and associated site work, followed by pavement and sidewalk installation. • Replace all water mains, services, and fire hydrants within the right‑of‑way. • Replace sanitary sewer mains, manholes, and laterals up to the right‑of‑way. • Replace storm sewer mains, manholes, and catch basins, including new conduit. • Perform full street reconstruction with new asphalt, curbs, gutters, and curb ramps at the Park Avenue intersection. • All work must comply with Ohio prevailing wage requirements; final completion targeted for November 30 2026 (potentially extended to April 30 2027).
