Description
The Department of Commerce is seeking a strategic planning consultant to facilitate the development of a comprehensive five-year strategic plan for the Kansas Arts Commission. The plan will guide the organization's growth, programming, and impact from 2026-2031. The consultant will conduct research and assessment, engage stakeholders, facilitate strategic planning sessions, and produce a complete strategic plan document. The contract term is from the date of award through November 30, 2026.
• The consultant will develop a comprehensive five-year strategic plan for the Kansas Arts Commission.
