PURE Storage Evergreen Forever Support Subscription(s)

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking a vendor to provide a multi-year agreement for the continued renewal of the Evergreen Forever Support Subscription covering six 384TB Pure Storage Flash Arrays. The agreement will become effective upon contract execution and will govern the renewal of Evergreen Forever Support for the covered Pure Storage arrays as each device’s existing support term reaches its respective expiration date. The City may renew this agreement for successive one-year terms, under the same terms and conditions, upon the mutual written agreement of both parties. • The vendor shall provide Evergreen Forever license • The vendor shall have been in the business of providing PURE Storage support for a minimum of three years • The vendor shall have the ability to obtain the minimum insurance requirements set forth in the agreement • The vendor shall be free from legal and regulatory matters that might prevent the Vendor from fulfilling the obligations of the agreement
