Description
The University of South Florida is seeking a Design and Construction Services Team for the development of approximately 26,600 square feet of clinical space within the MDA building. The project requires the design and preconstruction services for a clinical hub with multiple clinics and general clinical activities. The team should demonstrate experience with similar clinical projects and prioritize flexibility for a phased construction approach. The project also requires the incorporation of an independent exterior entrance to the clinical space and the redevelopment of the existing canopy area in Lot 38 to support entrance and valet functions.
