Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking vendors to provide pressure cleaning services on a term contract basis. The contract will involve cleaning various surfaces, including buildings, sidewalks, and other structures. The vendor will be required to provide equipment, materials, and labor to perform the cleaning services. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. A local preference may be given to vendors with a permanent place of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades.

• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• The vendor must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
• The vendor must submit a completed Request for Pre-Qualification response form.
