Description
The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids for a purchase order to establish maintenance service and parts for time stamps used in the Clerk's Office. The contract term will be from March 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027, and will not automatically renew. The winning bidder will be responsible for picking up and returning time stamps at no cost to the Clerk's Office and providing packing materials upon request. The bid evaluation and award will be based on the total cost for parts and hourly rate.
• The time stamps are manufactured by Rapidprint, model # AR-E.
• The completed Parts List Document must be attached to the bid response.
• Bids without the completed Parts List Document will be deemed non-responsive.
• The contract price shall be FOB destination freight prepaid and allowed unless otherwise specified.
