Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies to develop a Transit Development Plan (TDP) for Palm Tran. The TDP must comply with the new TDP Rule, which was updated effective July 9, 2024. The selected proposer will provide services for a twelve-month period ending August 9, 2027. The proposal should include the proposer's experience, qualifications, project approach, key personnel, and price proposal. The evaluation criteria will include experience, project approach, key personnel, and price proposal.
Some key points to consider:
• The TDP must include a 10-year capital and operating program consisting of a schedule of capital and operating projects over a 10-year planning horizon and associated costs and revenues (financial plan).
• The TDP must address priority transit corridors in the TDP and LRTP for consistency.
• The proposer must have demonstrated experience in supplying such services and meet all criteria/requirements identified in the RFP.
