Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $3,000,000

Given the contract term of one year with two one-year renewals, and the requirement to provide 5,000 licenses at any given time, the budget could be substantial. Assuming an average cost per license of $100-200 per year, the total budget for the three-year term could be in the range of $1.5-3 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specifics of the contract and the provider's costs. Factors influencing the likely payment range include the provider's experience, the complexity of the platform, and the level of support required.
