City of Cleveland is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the supply of apparel – specifically T‑shirts – to be delivered FOB to a location designated on the purchase order. Bidders must submit a complete package that includes the completed RFB form, required disclosures (Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices and Wage Theft & Payroll Fraud), and all terms and conditions. Prices must be unit‑based and include all shipping/freight charges; no price increases are permitted after award.
