AXIS COMMUNICATIONS CAMERA AND EQUIPMENT

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is seeking bids from qualified Axis Communications Gold Partners to provide Axis camera and equipment parts for the VTA's CCTV system. The contract will have a term of five years with two one-year options for a maximum term of seven years. The successful bidder will be required to provide access to the full line of Axis products and solutions, including standard 3-day shipping and the option for quicker delivery for priority orders. • The contractor must be an authorized reseller of Axis Communications, Inc. • The contractor must deliver the ordered material within seven days from the order date for most items. • All deliveries are to be considered inside delivery to specified locations as specified by the authorized VTA personnel. • The contractor must provide a Manufacturer’s Authorization Form Letter from Axis Communications, Inc. to confirm their authorized reseller status.
