IFB #485-25 Annual Overhead Door Repair and Maintenance Services

Dawson County is seeking a contractor to provide annual overhead door repair and maintenance services for 63 various make and model overhead doors throughout the County-owned/operated building inventory. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to perform on-call repair and maintenance services. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for four additional one-year renewal terms. The contractor must have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential roll-up doors and electric gates servicing and repairs. • The contractor must provide preventative maintenance and inspections as scheduled by the County. • The contractor must provide on-call repair services for overhead doors. • The contractor must provide emergency repairs at Fire Stations and Public Safety Buildings. • The contractor must respond to emergency calls within two hours. • The contractor must maintain expert knowledge of commercial overhead door systems. • The contractor must provide all necessary vehicles, lifts, and tools. • The contractor must maintain all required professional licenses. • The contractor must submit detailed service reports within five business days of inspection.
