Description
The City of Clayton is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide comprehensive, on-call professional engineering services. The selected consultant will function as an extension of staff and may serve in various capacities, including City Engineer, Development Review Engineer, and Assessment District Engineer. The scope of services includes municipal engineering, land development review, and permitting. The city anticipates awarding a three-year contract with two optional one-year extensions. The consultant will be responsible for providing services such as capital improvement program support, plan/specification review, constructability analysis, and technical guidance to contractors.
• Municipal engineering services, including capital projects and non-capital projects
• Land development review and permitting
• Stormwater compliance and NPDES permitting
• Assessment district administration and special district formation
• General municipal engineering needs
