Holiday and Special Event Lighting

The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is soliciting proposals for Holiday and Special Event Lighting. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation, which will result in contracts that provide an indefinite quantity of supplies/services during a fixed period of time to TIPS public entity and qualifying non-profit "TIPS Members" throughout the nation. The solicitation is issued as a prospective award for utilization when any TIPS Member needs the goods or services offered during the life of the agreement. • The contract will replace the expiring TIPS contract 230806. • The contract will provide holiday and special event lighting services to TIPS members. • The contract will be utilized by TIPS members throughout the nation. • The contract is an IDIQ solicitation, which means that the quantity of supplies/services is not fixed. • The contract will be awarded for a fixed period of time.
