Description
The California Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the District 04 Bodega Bay Construction Office in Sonoma County. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, user materials, cleaning supplies, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services. The services will be performed three times a week, with additional semi-monthly and semi-annual services. The contractor must be registered with the Labor Commissioner's Office and provide proof of insurance. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder.
• The contractor must provide janitorial services, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning of restrooms and kitchens.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, brooms, and cleaning solutions.
• The contractor must be available to work weekdays between 8:00 am and 4:00 PM.
• The contractor must provide services on a regular schedule, with flexibility to accommodate special requests and emergencies.
