The Housing Authority of the City of Key West is seeking professional engineering services for various disciplines, including cost estimating, site planning, structural engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical, plumbing, and more. The scope of work includes tasks such as major development plan and variance application, pre-bid meeting and bidders' RFIs, permitting, construction contract administration, site observation and reports, pay application review, and attendance at owner-architect-contractor meetings.
