Description
The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) is seeking a term contract with a qualified architectural and engineering services firm to provide professional services for roofing, waterproofing, and insulation on an as-needed basis. The selected firm will be required to provide a range of services, including evaluations, analysis, recommendations, cost and time estimates, reports, feasibility studies, design documents, field inspections, and investigations. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year terms. The total fees for all project orders issued during the contract term shall not exceed $10,000,000.

• Providing architectural and engineering services for roofing, waterproofing, and insulation projects
• Conducting evaluations, analysis, and investigations

• Providing complete contract documents for small project designs
