Description
The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a direct firm fixed price purchase order to Spectrum/Charter Communications Operating LLC for Wi-Fi services at Building 907, located at 1851 1st Street East, Suite 1, JBSA – Randolph, TX 78150. The requirement can only be fulfilled by Spectrum/Charter Communications Operating LLC due to the existing coaxial infrastructure, which is owned and maintained by Spectrum/Charter.
• The building's ready-to-use coaxial cable system is proprietary to Spectrum/Charter.
• No other provider can utilize or replace this infrastructure without causing unacceptable delays or incurring substantial duplication of costs.
• The Government does not anticipate receiving responses to this announcement.
• Costs associated with preparing or submitting information in response to this notice will not be reimbursed by the Government.
