PRE-QUALIFIED VENDORS - 6104.1.2 Before and After Childcare for MCPS

Montgomery County Public Schools is seeking pre-qualified vendors to provide before and after school childcare services at multiple locations. The selected vendors will be required to obtain a permit from the Community Use of Public Facilities (CUPF) and comply with various regulations and requirements. The scope of services will vary for each location and is outlined in Attachment A. The selection committee will evaluate proposals based on criteria such as program activities and services, floor plan layout, program implementation and services, school closures, and tuition. • The contract term is 6 years with the option to extend for an additional 6 years. • The vendor must provide a plan for conducting active outreach to the school community and criteria for registration. • The vendor must address school closures based on the approved school calendar and emergency closures or delays. • The vendor must provide tuition rates and any financial aid offered. • The vendor must comply with ICB use and fee policies and pay applicable rates for scheduling classes and activities.
