Bulk Fuel Program

The Commonwealth of Virginia is seeking qualified suppliers to enter into a contract for the statewide Bulk Motor Fuel Program. The contract will supply motor fuel to all Virginia state agencies, public universities, and other authorized public bodies, ensuring consistent, competitive pricing and reliable delivery across the state. • Supplies bulk motor fuel (diesel, gasoline, etc.) to authorized users throughout Virginia. • Competitive sealed‑proposal process with negotiations to establish a multi‑year supply agreement. • Vendor must meet Virginia procurement regulations and be capable of delivering fuel to numerous locations statewide.
