PREFAB GARAGE

The County of Westchester is seeking bids for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of a prefab garage. The garage should be a 20 x 26 saltbox (single story) with smart panel T111 siding, multiple car garage collection, built on a customer-prepared concrete pad. The bidder should provide all necessary materials and labor for the installation of the garage. Key features of the garage include pressure-treated sill plate, 2 x 4 framing, 16" O.C., 8' wall height, two 8 x 7 overhead garage doors with no glass, two 30 x 40 vinyl windows, and a 3' single pre-hung entrance door with no glass. The bidder should also provide engineered trusses, 2" O.C. with truss screws, 12" overhangs on the back and sides, 30" overhang on the front, vented soffit and ridge vent, 5/12 roof pitch on the back, 10/12 roof pitch on the front, 7/16" OSB roof sheathing, roof underlayment, and 30-year architectural shingles. • The garage should be delivered to Cross River, NY, 10518 • The bidder should provide a unit price for each item • The bidder should provide an extended price for each item • The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids • The County encourages and supports significant participation by business enterprises that are service-disabled veteran-owned and minority and/or woman-owned for County contracts and purchases
