33-Day Dry Cargo Time Charter

The Military Sealift Command Norfolk, Strategic Sealift Program Support Office is seeking proposals for a 33-day dry cargo time charter. The charter will involve transporting military cargo from Souda Bay, Greece to Beaumont, Texas. The vessel must be capable of carrying at least 78,868 square feet of cargo and have a minimum laden speed of 15 knots. The charter period will commence on August 3, 2026, and cancel on August 23, 2026. • The vessel must have a stern quarter ramp door and deck. • The vessel must be able to meet the transportation requirements described in the solicitation. • The offeror's price proposal will be evaluated based on the value of the charter hire rate(s) offered for the entire charter period. • The proposed price(s) must be determined to be fair and reasonable. • The offeror's proposal will be reviewed for compliance with the submission requirements outlined in Part X(a)(12).
