Prequalification of Vendors for DCSS

The West Virginia Department of Administration, Purchasing Division, is soliciting bids to establish a Multiple Award Prequalified Vendor Pool Contract for Direct Care Staffing Services, including RN, LPN, and HSW's, for the West Virginia Veterans Nursing Facility in Clarksburg, WV. The contract term is for one year with possible renewal. Vendors must provide proof of licenses, certifications, and permits, and maintain insurance coverage throughout the life of the contract. The facility will pay overtime for hours worked over 40 hours per week, and vendors must adhere to the mandatory overtime policy and guidelines set by the facility. • The contract requires vendors to provide direct care services to residents in a Nursing Home Long Term Care Setting. • Vendors must ensure timely documentation into resident's electronic medical records. • Vendors must respond to inquiries of family members, advocates, and other interested parties. • Vendors must adhere to the State and Federal Confidentiality Laws and the HIPPA regulations. • Vendors must provide support and assistance with daily activities as directed by supervisor. • Vendors must have a high school diploma or GED. • New graduates will have an extended orientation with a supervisor.
