Description
The project involves the construction of a new 2,300 square feet building for a Driver Training Pavilion at Nash Community College. The facility will have garage doors on each end and will require electrical, mechanical, and minimal plumbing work. The bid should include the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment.
• The project is located at Nash Community College, 522 N. Old Carriage Road, Rocky Mount, NC.
• Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract.
• Complete plans and specifications are available free of charge for digital download or for a $350.00 refundable deposit for hard copies.
• An open Pre-bid Meeting will be held to address project-specific questions and bidding procedures.
