Description
The State of Maryland Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide POLY CCX 350 desk phones and POLY Trio C60 conference phones. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with an option to purchase additional units. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for POLY and provide proof of delivery, including packing slips and equipment serial numbers. The evaluation criteria will be based on price and technical proposal, with the agency POC recommending award to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the State.
