New and Unused HON Office Furniture

The County of Kern is seeking to make an award in accordance with the attached bid requirements and specifications for new and unused HON office furniture, 90-day storage, assembly, and installation for the Behavioral Health & Recovery Services department. Interested bidders shall review and complete the Exhibit A attached. Each vendor must state manufacturer, part number, unit cost, and extended cost quoted in spaces provided. The award shall be made on the overall low bidder that meets the specification requirements. • The County of Kern is extending an Invitation to Bid for new and unused HON office furniture, 90-day storage, assembly, and installation. • The award shall be made on the overall low bidder that meets the specification requirements. • Vendors must comply with all applicable County, state, and federal laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The contract will include provisions for prevailing wage rates, workers' compensation, and other labor-related requirements. • The vendor shall provide proof of insurance for one or more of the following types of insurance coverages as determined by the County Risk Manager.
