Description
The City of Revere is seeking bids for fire sprinkler system maintenance and annual inspections. The contract will require the selected vendor to provide maintenance and inspection services for the city's fire sprinkler systems. The bid must be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a bid bond, money order, cashier's check, certified check, or treasurer's check in the amount of $2,000.00. The city reserves the right to accept any bid or a portion of a bid, waive any irregularities and/or formalities, and investigate the ability of the vendors to honor a bid.
• The bid must be submitted electronically or in person to the Office of the Purchasing Agent, City Hall, Revere, Massachusetts prior to 10:00 AM on March 26, 2026.
• The bid must include all required documentation and information, including the bid deposit.
• The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor that is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Revere.
