Description
The requirement is for the purchase, delivery, disposal, and installation of new office furniture for the NSA Naples CMDCM office. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, supplies, and other items necessary to provide furniture placement and planning services within the scope of this contract. The contract includes the removal and disposal of existing furniture, installation of new furniture, and ensuring that all panels or standalone items do not cover any thermostat, electrical base feed, telephone, or data outlet.
• The contractor shall provide office furniture for each space as indicated in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor shall ensure that all furniture provided fits in the required spaces and meets the required dimensions.
• The contractor shall provide a schedule for each area outlined in the Statement of Work to be reviewed and agreed upon prior to starting the contract.
• The contractor shall complete each work area to the agreed-upon schedule once work on an area starts.
• The contractor shall have 60 working days to install all furnishing requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
