Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 19, is seeking potential sources for an agreement to provide Lynx Computer Duress Software Maintenance and Technical Support for the Salt Lake City VAMC. The contract will require the contractor to provide remote support services, software updates, and technical support for the Lynx system. The contractor must have experience in installing and servicing systems of comparable scope and complexity. The contract will be for a base year with four option years.
• The contractor must provide documentation of system manufacturer certification for all technicians.
• The contractor must provide remote application support during telephone support hours and emergency after-hours support.
• The contractor must provide software releases, maintenance, and service pack releases with remote labor included.
• The contractor must provide remote training sessions.
• The contractor must comply with all VA directives and handbooks related to information and information system security and privacy.
