The U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply Event Data Recorders (EDRs) for its overseas facilities under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The award will consist of one base year with an optional six‑month extension, and the solicitation is a 100 % small‑business set‑aside.
