HIV Nutrition Support Program

The University of Connecticut Health Center (UConn Health) is requesting proposals from qualified community-based organizations, food service providers, and/or social service agencies to implement a comprehensive nutrition support program aimed at reducing food insecurity and improving dietary habits and nutrition skills among HIV-positive individuals in Hartford.
