RFQ 2026-Q04 Project Management Services Pool

Hays County, Texas is seeking a pool of project management firms to provide comprehensive project management services for current and future budgeted projects, excluding road projects. The selected firms will be pre-qualified and added to a pool, from which the County will select firms to negotiate professional services agreements for specific projects. The scope of services includes all phases of project management, from inception to post-construction, and may involve federally funded, state funded, and locally funded projects. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in project management services, possess the necessary resources and personnel, and be familiar with local conditions and requirements. • Key services include: project planning, design, procurement, construction management, and close-out • The project manager will serve as a representative of Hays County and will oversee all aspects of the project • The project manager will provide weekly reports to the County and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations • The project manager will work with the County's Department Directors, Elected Officials, and Commissioners Court to develop strategies and achieve the County's goals
