Managed Service Providers

The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) is conducting market research to evaluate the feasibility of a system‑wide, vendor‑neutral Managed Service Provider (MSP) program for its contingent‑labor workforce. Respondents must provide detailed information on their capabilities, operating models, technology platforms, implementation approaches, compliance safeguards, and pricing structures. The RFI is a prerequisite for eligibility to any future request for proposals (RFP) that may be issued for the MSP program. No award will be made based on this RFI, and all responses become USNH property. • Provide firm profile, MSP/VMS experience, and multi‑campus case studies. • Describe recommended operating models, technology (VMS) functionality, and integration with ERP/HRIS systems. • Outline implementation timelines, risk/compliance management (including federal Uniform Guidance), supplier management, reporting analytics, and fee structures. • Submit a single PDF response by the deadline; acknowledge receipt of all buyer attachments.
