Description
The Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) is seeking a qualified vendor to design, develop, and implement an open Data Portal. This portal will serve as a centralized platform for publishing, managing, and sharing energy and environmental datasets and dashboards with the public, researchers, policymakers, and other stakeholders. The vendor will be responsible for providing professional services for the development of the Data Portal. Key aspects of the project include:
• Designing and developing the Data Portal
• Implementing the Data Portal
• Providing professional services for the development of the Data Portal
• Ensuring the Data Portal is user-friendly and accessible to the public
The project timeline includes a deadline for submission of questions, official answers to bid questions, and a deadline for quotes/bid responses. The contract start date is estimated to be May 8, 2026.
