Description
The Maryland State Archives is seeking a contractor to provide modern workstations, including desktops, laptops, and tablets, as part of the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide products that meet the specified requirements. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering price and evaluation factors. The scope of work includes the delivery and installation of the workstations, as well as training and support services.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables.
• The contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Manufacturer or Distributor.
• The contractor must provide a Mercury Affidavit, if applicable.
