Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking potential sources for a contract to provide preventive maintenance services for York and Trane chillers at the Salt Lake City VA Health Care System. The services will include quarterly and annual maintenance tasks, such as inspections, cleaning, and repairs. The contractor will be required to provide satisfactory on-site supervision, comply with VA safety regulations, and protect sensitive information. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract for a period of 12 months.
• The contractor will perform preventive maintenance and planned service on York and Trane chillers.
