Description
The City of Fishers is seeking a qualified firm to manage and operate the historic Ambassador House and Heritage Gardens venue, providing full‑service event management—including rental coordination, catering, staffing, tent upkeep, access control, trash removal, and general maintenance. The contractor must also deliver annual performance reports, transition services for existing clients, and optional additional services as proposed. Proposals are due by January 13, 2025, with award expected on January 22, 2025.
• Manage online bookings, client meetings, and event calendar updates.
• Provide complete event execution services (catering, staffing, setup/cleanup, access control, waste removal).
• Maintain the 40‑ft × 100‑ft outdoor tent and the historic house’s general upkeep.
• Submit annual performance reviews and detailed booking contracts to the City.
• Offer optional value‑added services and ensure a seamless transition for current clients.
