Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC and plumbing repair services for the VA Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System. The contract will be awarded to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the repairs. The period of performance is from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027.
• The contractor must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of offer.
• The contractor must provide a firm fixed price quote for the services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by the contract.
• The contractor must provide a detailed work plan and schedule for the repairs.
• The contractor must provide a list of all personnel who will be working on the project, including their qualifications and experience.
